Oh, that is going to be a great spot for this winter! You could almost leave the top of Blue Knob ~10 miles away and over 2,000' higher in elevation and use regen to get most of the way there!

Saw it today on a trip to ski Big Snow, Pedestals/stalls are in place with covers over them. For a quick look from the road - it looks close. It would have been nice to charge there today.

On a road trip yesterday I charged at the Maple Shade, NJ V3 and got a max of about 203 kW, starting from about 23% SOC, this added 109 miles in 14 minutes and put me at about 67% SOC, Crazy fast. Then it started to drop off significantly. But impressed with this speed for the MRM3.

Thai thread is older but might have more Mid-Range owners on it so I’ll ask here. Does anyone have experience with charging rates to a V3 charger on a Model 3 Mid-Range? I’m guessing higher than 150 but lower than 200.

I also have a M3 midrange in the DC area. We don’t have any V3 chargers near by yet. Does anyone know if the mid-range can charge upto, or near the 250 kW rates level of a V3? Thanks

Great find! How did this one fly under the radar so long? This is a massive step up for East Coast route 95 travel. When we drove to Florida in 2019 for spring break the Santee to Kingsland leg was a long stretch. Now we need another SC between Savannah and Kingsland.

You can leave Santee with 100% SOC and see if you need to stop at Savannah. I see there are other level 2 options near Savannah - Or time your travel so you over night in Savannah at a hotel with level 2 charging. That way your ready to go in the morning.

Thanks for the advice, this looks like difficult going unless the the numbers on the plate are within 5 feet. I did get the store video, it was from the roof of the Home Depot and was even worse quality, fairly useless. Unfortunately it was a runaway shopping cart, so no hit and run.

I’m in a similar situation to the OP. 19,800 on the original Tires and just got a nail in one. It’s at Costco getting repaired now. If thry cannot patch/plug it, does anyone know if you can roll a new tire with 3 older ones on a Mid-range Model 3? I think I have a decent amount of tread left.

That is strange since they physically fixed the loose connection in my car. I also waited for a SW update hoping that would help.

So I had my appointment this week and got my car back, It was a “loose connection for an interior temp sensor”. Tesla rep said he had another one of these the previous day so maybe not that unusual. Fixed under warranty and back to normal!

Any idea where a good source of registered Tesla’s per state and year could be found? This would give a shade more local relevance.
