I saw some similar wheels on 4wheelonline. Aftermarket wheels on Tesla are getting trendy nowadays as they add more style to the car. Most of my friends have Niche wheels on their Model 3, as shown in the picture below.
Now that's really weird, have you tried to contact AIRBNB support to at least file a report about it. The host can at least say that they don't have an outlet for Tesla cars before rejecting your booking request.

There are a great variety of options on the internet. A lot of my friends run Niche wheels on their Tesla. You can check other brands like TSW, American Racing wheels, and Asanti.
