Honestly there was no way to see the car was about to hit it from that angle. I was close and heard the crunch noise. I was with 3 other people who couldn’t see it about to happen either.

I received my car after the update was out but I still have v.9. I emailed “customer service,” and they told me my car was delivered with v.10. When I gave them photos to show otherwise, they claim they sent my request to the software department. Still no v.10. I’m in Phoenix.

I ordered a Model X Performance white/black carbon, 22 wheels, 5 seater on 9/23 and got a text that I can pick it up 9/29. Vin is 196xxx. Obviously it was already made. Should I be worried? I know there was an inventory car with 80 miles but I opted for new, or so I thought.
