    Considering trading my 2019 M3P for a 2022 M3P

Considering trading in my 2019 tesla model 3 performance + with roughly 45k miles. It also has FSD. (but not beta access). Tesla has offered me 50-56k for it. I was thinking of trading it in for the same car: a brand new tesla model 3 performance, also with FSD. I was wondering if tesla also...

Likelyhood of bending 20 inch performance wheels

Just curious how likely is it to bend the 20 inch wheels while driving. I live in the bay area and I try to avoid potholes when possible, but some are unavoidable. I hear conflicting reports and some say it's inevitable, others say the opposite.

Group Buy Poll for Mono-Block Forged Alloy Wheels by Titan 7

i'm mainly curious because I intend to use these wheels year round with all seasons. Don't want to run into issues with ice smacking the caliper.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

What kind of efficiency change can we expect going from the stock 20 inch wheels on the P3D+ to a 19x9.5 forged wheel? I would expect it to be quite similar given we drop weight but we gain more tread width.

Summer Performance Tires vs All Seasons in warmish weather

Thanks for info! I'm curious, are you running a P3D as well? I may wrap my winter rims with the crossclimate+ Do you find they break traction on hard launches? I recall somebody mentioning that even the dws06 breaks traction on launches as well. If that's the case maybe the as3+ wont?

Summer Performance Tires vs All Seasons in warmish weather

What kind of performance difference in warm temperatures would I notice jumping from the stock Michelin ps4s on 20inch wheels to my winter setup which will be lighter 18inch wheels wrapped with continental dws06? I live in the bay area, but need snow capability for the occasional trip to the...

Can I run 40 profile tires on Tsportlines?

Just a quick question, i noticed tsportline only specifies that you can run 45 profile tires on their 18 inch wheels. There shouldnt be anything stopping me running 235-40-18 tires correct?

Winter tires for Bay Area to Lake Tahoe?

You found the michelin xice to be ok driving in ~70 temps without premature wear? id love to go with a full winter tire option to maximize my traction in tahoe, but given that most of my commute is in hot and sunny (usually) san jose, im concerned the tires wont last more than 2 seasons...

Winter tires for Bay Area to Lake Tahoe?

That is actually what I used to run on my Evo, a set of dunlop wintersport 3ds that i'd swap on during winter. Unfortunately, I found that they wore quite poorly in a 2-3 year time frame. I thought that was due to the constant driving in 60-70 degree temperature back home. (I live in san jose)...

Winter tires for Bay Area to Lake Tahoe?

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a dilemma and could use some help. I currently live in the bay area, but sometimes drive up to tahoe, around 8 times a year for weekend snowboarding. I dont think winter tires make a ton of sense because they will melt on the roads in the bay area and on the majority of...

    Best all season tires?

According to Chain Controls / Chain Installation | Caltrans Tires with M+S (mud and snow) stamped on them qualify as snow tread tires and can be used in r2 conditions. I researched and found out that the majority of all seasons have m+s stamped on, including as3+ and dsw06

    Best all season tires?

I would assume the crossclimate+ have the MS snowflake designation. What about the dws06 and as3+? Curious if they "qualify" as snow tires under california's R2 chain road condition.

    Best all season tires?

I've narrowed my choices to A. Michelin Crossclimate+ B. Michelin A/S 3+ C. Continental DWS06 What are the differences between these? I live in Norcal, with frequent trips to lake tahoe in the winter. So majority of my driving is dry, with occasional snow. Will be wrapping these around 18 or 19...

Titan 7 18 inch lightweight wheels and efficiency gain?

Coming from a P3D+. I'm curious what shaving the 20inch wheels to the 18inch titan 7 wheels will gain me in efficiency? That's about a 10lb weight savings of rotational mass per wheel.
