Contact from Rep 11/24 @2030CST; sent all funding, 36hrs later, still no contact from SA. Site says delivery scheduled for 11/30.

Received an email sunday night; M3 is in the area, Sign purchase agreement, send dealer funding, and delivery will be scheduled. Replied with required docs within 15mins. Tesla account shows delivery 11/30. 36hrs later, still no reply from SA. Piss poor coms even when all they need to do is fund...

In 2002, I ordered a 2003 Jeep Wrangler with a delivery date of 7/2003 with down payment of $2k. I was over seas at the time and wanted a vehicle waiting for me at the dealership when I landed in the US almost a year later. My intentions were to catch a cab to the dealership, pay for it in full...

I also sold the ICE the Tesla was to replace. I thought I would need the money for the down payment. Didnt realize the wait would be 8 weeks (net said 2-3). At least I still have my Jeep

This thread was very helpful in that it already lowered my expectations. Thanks for everyone's input. I am looking to commit to a Model 3 this weekend. Look for a pic soon!
