Definitely agree with this. The wording and timeline perhaps is pending government assessment and evaluations? Though Elon is usually bullish on his products and future concepts, but I don't think he would release products to people if it is not safe.

Yep that is the exact code I had. I googled it and didn’t come up with anything. I think it may just be faulty charge port. Which is a fairly quick fix from what I’ve heard. My service center just happened to not have the parts even though it was specifically for 3 and Y.

I had this. drove around fine, and one day randomly stopped letting me charge because I cant insert charger cable. Service center x7 days, replaced whole charge port plus wire plus busbar. Car fine now. Definitely a range of outcomes and remedies.

I would imagine that to be applicable to the pick up truck, model Y shouldn't be constrained as it is 75% similar to model 3 which can be produced in "mass". Plus they will also produce Y in China (not taking into account tariffs, if any).

Thanks for your input. 1300 miles is a much higher estimate for my current daily driving style but why not, right? Gonna have some fun in the Tesla lol. Either way it's much cheaper than a gas car. My current monthly gas cost is about $170.
