I think it is unique to tesla specific financing. The seller has been very responsive. Tesla will not let him remove it from his account. He gets the same error I get when trying to add the car. This is my 4th tesla and second private deal. I suspect its the Tesla financing.

With my first Tesla I was very surprised by the actual range vs. advertised range -- especially in the winter. If you're averaging 375 wh/mi assuming 100% of the battery is used for driving (it is not) 60,000/375 = 160 miles and that is generous. It gets better in warmer weather.
