    You had the touchscreen go dark and inoperable? Trying to be patient but it’s been 24 hours.

    Same thing happened to me yesterday. I’ve tried the soft reboot and the hard reboot and nothing seems to work. I emailed Tesla this morning but haven’t heard anything back. Any other suggestions?
