I did this last week also. Such an easy mod with the t-taps. I think it depends on the year/region of the car or other frunk mods. Mine turns off between 7-8 minutes also as I also put a phone inside to record when it would shut off. I think some auto opening frunks may conflict and/or help...

This has been possible since summer of 2020. Go into your driving settings and where you reset TPMS, you can change your wheel setup so the BMS can estimate the range better.

I wished this would let you change the walk-away lock sound indicator of the car instead of using the annoying horn. Using the horn is the econo-car way of doing a lock car sound.

Sounds about right. In November when I got my stealth, the LR-AWD was 48K, so plus 2K made it 50, but still had the 1875 tax credit...making it a little over 48K. For me there was also an additional California rebate of 2.5K for purchases before Dec 3.
