Got a text from Tesla confirming my options and financing yesterday. They asked me to confirm with a YES, which I did but received no acknowledgement of receipt. I have to say this really a fly by night operation. smh

He said nothing else. I was happy even to get that! My guess is he's just randomly picking a day in December with an anticipate delivery mid to end of December.

Update from my SA. Car being shipped from factory on 12/2. I'm in CT. Ordered my MP3 on 10/11. Not sure how long the shipping process is for the East Coast. Assuming two weeks.

I had an 01 Z06, but I can tell you this is radically different in every way. I ride in my brothers model 3 D LR, and the fit and finish is just clean and tight on the inside. The vegan leather has a nice smell, not that cheap GM rental car scent.

I just used Gtechniq Crystal Serum and Exo on my 2019 Jeep Rubicon. Came out nice! The Perfy will get it too if it ever gets here!!

That was with standard 20s, and was the best of several passes. The 18s and the software bump should bring the average down hopefully to consistent 2.9 or even 2.8s!

You should benefit not only from the weight reduction, but the sprung weight and the mass being brought closer to the center of the wheel. This will help acceleration. I bet with the latest 5% power bump and this 18" setup 0 to 60 times will drop in the 2s.

I'm still waiting on my bloody car. Big delays due to the Euro deliveries. I have an MP3 coming and I ordered these 18" wheels. I'd rather have maximum tire wall for potholes, plus it will be an acceleration aid. Tesla Model 3 18

Funny to have winter wheels and tires arrive before the car. Gives me time to ceramic coat them and cuddle with them a little before they get salty.. lol

New guy here too. MP3 ordered 10/11 and still no Vin. The car did switch from silver to grey wheels on my home page. I like that change! But 6 to 8 weeks I don't love.
