I have observed so many containers than the car carrier trucks around Tesla in last one month. I think they are shipping the cars in container.

I suspect they want to get all cars from their China giga factory. They are negotiating with US govt for importing cars from china and looks like Tesla is positive on getting the cars from China. As soon as the govt deal is cracked, all orders will be fulfilled from China.
