TACC “vision only” on radar equipped Model 3 … phantom braking getting scary

This weekend was the first road-trip since May and oh boy is TACC vision only different than the older radar enabled versions for my 2019 Model 3. We were driving back from Llano Texas after a fun weekend in Fredericksburg and the roads from Llano to Fort Worth are primarily small country roads...

    Supercharger - Vernon, TX

Tesla map says Q2 '23 and lists that upcoming charger for Vernon / Texas... just between Henrietta / TX SC and Childress / TX SC ... does anyone know more? I would *really* appreciate a V3 charger in Vernon so one can skip Henrietta - and - Childress on the way to Amarillo and just charge in...

bottomed out - plastic cover under rocker panels cracked on both sides - any experiences?

drove through a residential area in Plano/ TX near Legacy West and upon making a left turn onto a side street I bottomed out *hard* while going over a reverse V shape connection between two concrete road segments. how long does it take for a Superchargers getting repaired?

drove to New Mexico (Capulin Volcano Park ... highly recommend) for a few days and I have to say the reliability of SuperChargers keeps getting worse as there is more usage. First stop in Henrietta was great as always - plenty of chargers and generally not many cars. Next one in Childress had...

sentry mode on = car doesn't sleep = keeping 12V battery from "dying" ?

once you get the "replace 12V soon" warning - does keeping sentry mode on (and thus preventing the car from going to sleep and constantly trickle charging the 12V battery) prevent the sudden death with a dead 12V battery before it can be replaced? I've read that theory multiple times before but...

rust on control arm "disc" (Front right / left) - normal?

normal? car is 8/1 delivery and garage parked in North Texas ... so not much rain or humidity and merely 5 months old / 6k miles. I doubt the disc is super important and will last - just sticks out as the only rusted part there....
