    My wheel :'(

Service is the worst. They kept my car 5 days for an hour basic maintenance job (clean HVAC coils) and they put 40 miles on my car and left their fast food trash in my back seat. Call, text, leave voice mail, use the useless service app....I've tried them all and can't get a call back from a...

    Customer Service Rant - (Sorry...)

Their service blows. Kept my car 5 days to replace the cabin filter after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. Had 40 miles out on my car and fast food trash left in the back seat. A-hole management at Tyco Road in Tyson’s Va won’t even return my call and their rep went silent in texts...

    Cabin Filter replacement

18 months and the stench in my PM3 was almost too bad to drive. Try to fix it yourself. I had mine in two weeks ago. Took 5 days to do a one hour job. Had 40 miles put on my car and fast food trash left in the back seat. Can’t get even a call back from the Tyco Road in Tyson’s Va manager...

High pitched noise from drive unit

Well, hopefully they didn’t take 5 days to do a one hour job and put 40 miles on your car and leave their fast food trash in your back seat. I can’t get a service manager to even call me back as they hide behind COVID and their useless service app. Not surprised to hear their incompetence is...

Service BLOWS - yep, you've been telling me...

That's excellent advice for good service. I just finished radiation at the hospital two weeks ago and bought the 9 techs that provided the service $20 Starbucks cards. That's typical for me. My kids learned at an early age that we take care of those who take care of us. I don't reward for...

Service BLOWS - yep, you've been telling me...

UPDATE - The EXTRA MILES ON MY CAR WERE CONFIRMED WHEN I LOOKED IN THE BACK SEAT AND FOUND SOMEONE'S TRASH FROM WENDY'S. GUESS THAT's WHY IT TAKES SEVERAL DAYS TO DO A 1 HOUR JOB WITH A PM3. TYCO ROAD IN TYSON'S VIRGINIA SUCKS.

Service BLOWS - yep, you've been telling me...

Due to the M3 HVAC design flaw, I've got a"Musk" stench coming from my air vents (of the Elon type). Too busy to clean the coils myself, I scheduled a service appt at Tyco Road in Tyson's Corner, VA. After waiting three weeks to get the car in for a SHORT service I had my wife take it in on...

    Summon stopped RIGHT before crash

I went to OpenStreetMap.org and signed up. I searched for the lot after taking the tutorial and found that someone had already mapped the lot. Not sure why the car decided to drive where the cars park instead of staying out of the parking spots.

    Summon stopped RIGHT before crash

Well, I can't work from home 100% of the time. :) Mako (my car's name) does enjoy a good waxing. Over a year old (14k miles) and not a single door ding. I get my steps in from the back of the lot usually.

    Summon stopped RIGHT before crash

Unfortunately, when I went to look I found that my data drive was unplugged because COSTCO unplugged it when I had the tires rotated. Much unhappy about that. The last video I had was from the side camera - the tech opened the door, leaned in, grabbed the data fob and.....

    Summon stopped RIGHT before crash

Now that a lot of parking lots aren't so busy I've been getting experience with the Summon feature. There was only 1 car between me and my Model 3. Good thing I was watching closely because my car, clearly from the attached photo, had no intentions of stopping before impact (hmmm...would it...

    Model 3 - 175 miles from a 277 mile charge?

Thanks for the response. I'm sure I'm not the only "Sammy Hagar" driver in this group. Besides the highway speeds (70-ish) I'm sure I'm killing the electrons with my constant acceleration (hearing my wife snapping about her head banging off the head rest never gets old). :)

    Model 3 - 175 miles from a 277 mile charge?

    310. 325. Max mileage wasn't the main point. Getting 175 miles from a 275 mile charge is my concern. My 50 mile round-trip commute to work, in the spring and fall (when not using heat or A/C) doesn't improve the mileage substantially. I bought the car in Feb and Tesla told me to expect a...

    Model 3 - 175 miles from a 277 mile charge?

My dual motor performance Model 3 is supposed to have a 325 mile range (+/-). When I charge to 80% it registers about about 277 miles when charging stops. I've driven the car in the summer. I've driven the car in the winter. I've driven city and I've taken road trips. Regardless of the temp...
