Point made. Customers working around a flawed system is not a finished product. This goes for TACC and the wipers. Tesla hunted down every penny and in that quest they made the decision not to add a 2 dollar rain sensor. That backfired. Now deal with it and stop focussing on adding gimmicks.

Yeah, but that's just it. Take away the Beta features and your left with nothing (besides max speed somewhere deep in the menu's). No form of speed control. Usually companies will leave you with a choice whether you want to try Beta. With Tesla you really don't have a choice.

This weekend on a weekend holiday. Pouring with rain on bad tarmac. Serious braking when the Tesla detects hydroplaning. Very nerve-wracking and dangerous. Braking is the last thing i'd want to do in that weather.
