    My estimated delivery date disappeared

Tip for those hitting refresh every so often. If you use Chrome, I use an extension called "Super Simple Auto Refresh". You can set your refresh interval and it will do the refreshes in the background. Then you can just check the tab every so often.

    My estimated delivery date disappeared

Quite the opposite for me. I ordered on 8/21 with a January EDD, now when I go into my Reservation management, it's showing an April EDD. No date range, just April. Seems I've been pushed back with the rest of the new orders. :o( MYLR/Midnight Silver/BW Interior/5-Seat/Induction Wheels/Tow...

    What about the tow hitch?

Excellent! I just ordered one as well, which will probably arrive before my Model 3 (awaiting a VIN). Looking forward to the review!

Buy a Volt until the Model 3 Comes Out

Sorry, I probably overstated it (never say never, right?), but I still maintain that there's a much higher risk of losing more than a couple thousand $ buying new, vs. buying a used 2012-2014 Volt. In my state, the sales tax alone on the $7500 would be ~$1000, and there's no recouping that.

Buy a Volt until the Model 3 Comes Out

You'll never find a buyer of a used Volt for $22.5K. As Volt owners, we know it should be worth $22.5k, but the car-buying public doesn't, nor do car dealers, who pretty much know nothing about them. Going this route will drastically increase your risk, plus if applicable in your state, you'll...

Buy a Volt until the Model 3 Comes Out

I don’t think a decision can be made based in the loss of the $7500 tax credit until the tax reform bill passes. There’s still a decent chance we don’t lose it. The Volt is a great temporary alternative for those needing to replace their current ride. I would look for a used Gen-1 vs. new, as...

[Poll] Model 3 reservation holders: Would you get the S/X instead if you could?

Fellow St. Louisan here... I'd prefer the Model X, mainly because it can pull our boat. My wife's Ford Edge is our current boat puller. However outside of that, the Model 3 is the perfect size for me, and loaded (with current offerings), is the maximum our budget will allow.

Where does/will your Tesla call home?

In the garage, which is currently home to two Volts.

Watching for I-70 Superchargers from Denver to St. Louis

This may be of no relevance at all, but a friend of ours is in upper-management at PNC Bank in the St. Louis area, and was approached by Tesla about installing SuperChargers at the Chesterfield Valley Branch (this would be along Hwy 40/64). Due to unknown circumstances at the bank, Tesla was...

Watching for I-70 Superchargers from Denver to St. Louis

We make the trek to Columbia often, and KC fairly often so we're looking forward to seeing those I-70 Superchargers as well!
