Got the same email. Tesla website is especially slow today. I'm hoping that means they're doing a bunch of VIN assignments in the back ground. Wishful thinking I'm sure.... The good news is, no cars within 200 miles matching my config so they aren't ignoring me with matching cars in the area...

Cause those don't have the performance upgrade. Those are the LR AWD Performance Models (Also known as stealth, sleeper or P3D-), see the link to the post above yours to see that forum traffic

You can freak out all you want but I just glanced at the order spreadsheet and quickly found two on the 4th, one on the 6th and even 1 performance today having gotten VINs.

SR and LR VINs were coming out first with no performance VINs coming out. Then more Performance VINs started coming. Comes in batches it seems. Chill pill
