Just got the download. I’m sitting at a 98 but was at 99/100 until Sunday when I dropped after a long drive.

I got to 99 last week, and sat there until Aa long road trip on Sunday. After the first leg I hit 100, after the second leg I stupidly forgot to reset and I’m now at 98 again :( I really hope I make it in this round, this is super frustrating.

I hit 99 a couple days ago and haven't received anything, is that par for the course?

if you’re not in Canada, fastwheels recommended not ordering tires from them due to really high duty fees at the border. I just got my wheels delivered today and have an appointment at America’s tire to have tires put on them and mount them on my performance model 3 :D

Ah that’s really unfortunate that it was several weeks until fast wheels sent them out. Thanks for the info though.

Just ordered a set of ev01+ for my p3d to california...anyone have an idea of how long it takes to ship from Ontario to California?

So I caved...SA contacted me today with a midnight silver performance that had a no show for delivery, only difference being it had a black interior not white. I'm leaving the country to visit family for christmas and really can't justify the risk of missing that time waiting for a white...

My plans were to be out of the country December 20th-January 5th. So I'll definitely miss delivery if I leave before I've got the car.

Still no VIN...question now is if I should change my flight to a later date, and if so, when? Missing Christmas with my family seems silly but I will lose almost $3k if I wait and miss out on the federal rebate and FSD at $1000 less when I ordered.

Ugh now I’m paranoid I entered the unavailability dates incorrectly and there’s no way for me to verify...guess I’ll call the dc tomorrow..

I still have no vin and no email. Ordered 10/30, dc is Burbank. Since I’m still hoping for a delivery ASAP I’m almost happy I don’t have an email. If they’re not trying to schedule me into late December that seems like a good thing.

i see the same, dropped from 6-8 to 5-7 weeks :) so maybe it really is happening next week. Which is good because I’m leaving the country a week from today.

There’s a stealth thread for that. It’s just confusing for you to post that here as a large portion of people in this thread are waiting for the first VIN from California. I definitely wtf’d when I first read your post.

We'll see, no one's verified for 2020 yet. VIN doesn't necessarily mean the motors are the same anyways, and even if they are, they may select the higher yield motors for performance cars.

Debatable...no guarantee it has the same motors at this point.

If it has aero wheels it's not a M3P.

Have you read any posts above? Several people have called in to ask and the rebate applies to the model 3 base price, trims don’t effect it.

not sure what you’re asking...being over 60k is irrelevant and that does seem to be a mistake.

I’m taking delivery soon, live at an apartment for now with no charging, but will live next to a 72 kW supercharger station in Pasadena and have charging at work (although it’s super difficult to get access to unless I change my schedule to work much earlier). I also go to Burbank every weekend...

I need a white interior :( otherwise I might have to agree. At least I have no worry about motor model numbers etc tho.

I ordered 10/30 and just got an email from my SA with subject “Tesla model 3 delivery” and asking me to fill out insurance details. I’d like to use Tesla insurance though, so emailed back asking about needing my VIN.

Ugh, I hope this means performances aren’t far behind. I had my chance at a stealth but decided against it due to wanting white interior but I’ll be screwed if I can’t take delivery by the 20th. Happy for you guys tho :)

Just search around the California message board and any of the rebate threads. The people who called in were quite explicit that the total cost of their car before taxes was above 60k and they were all told it would still be eligible. If you really want to make sure I’d call them yourself before...

You realize you will still get the rebate with or without FSD right? It’s been confirmed by multiple people who called in that the 60k applies to the base msrp, so all model 3s qualify.

Also note that many have called in and have been told that model 3 performance with FSD will still qualify for the rebate.

It said 6-8 weeks for me when I ordered on October 30th.

Well Hopefully I can squeeze into the first of those two weeks, otherwise I’ll be waiting a bit longer and missing some rebates :(

Very curious about this as I’m back and forth on switching my P3D+ to a stealth. If it is physically different from awd and uses the performance motors then that makes me feel better somehow.

For me the car is 64990 + documentation, order and destination fees that put it at 66290. If I remove fsd, I go to 60290, do those additional fees count towards the 60k for the rebate or could I remove fsd for now to get the rebate?

Why do you think that? I'd like to buy the performance with more durable wheels but right now my only options are P3D or getting a P3D- that doesn't have a white interior or any of the other enhancements.

I literally joined to make that comment after many months of lurking. I just wanted jonquiljo to know how much I'm enjoying his nonsense.

Is the P3D with 18" wheels in this report the same as the P3D-? Or will Tesla be offering trims with 18 inches on menu soon? Seems weird the EPA tested something that is off menu.

All I know is the wait would be a lot more unbearable if not for jonquiljo's constant boomer rants. The underlines alone get me everytime. I look forward to every comment, and I'm never dissapointed!
