Mine is an EQS580 and what I paid is about the same as 2 base MYPs. Racking up multiple MYPs is just clogging up a driveway. At the end of the day its a second rate car with fast acceleration I also wouldn't take a Hellcat over a Ferrari 456. At the end of the day HP is not everything.

Agree. Air suspension and either HUD or a driver display would be worthwhile even if as an option. It would also free up the main screen to be full screen which would make it much better and a more consistent UX to the S and X.

The key issue with EV sound is what the implication is when the streets of London are jammed with EVs. Will that sound be tolerable. I am hoping that the EV leads to quieter cities. Not a replacement of a loud low pitch hum with a loud high pitch hum. This could be a disaster.

Well for instance the drivers assistance package in my Mercedes can do automatic lane changes and auto park. It can also steer at speeds above 75mph.

That's weird. I would have thought that as long as the vendor is taking a genuine Tesla part and painting it then there should be no issue. Different story if the part is an unauthorized copy.

I think my hatch needs a slight adjustment. I took delivery yesterday and when driving home on Atlanta's city streets, it gave me the ear pressure and a bit of a headache. Today I drove it to the PPF shop which was a long highway drive. No issues on the highway because it is a smoother drive.

FSD has not been worth it since they raised the price to $10k. FSD is really EAP with some additional benefits for the next owner of the car. Further Tesla's valuation of FSD on secondary sales suggests a level of depreciation on this feature which is insane.

Okay so the dates are back in my account. Surprisingly I got dates of June 15-30. So changing the order on Saturday (different trim level, different color) didn't massively delay the order. Maybe this is a fake date though - it is best effort by end of quarter or all bets off.

My order has also disappeared from My Account. I edited my order on Saturday so I was waiting for a new delivery window.

Personally I think you would be nuts to buy a Lightning when you can buy a cybertruck.
