Hopefully your install will go better. They will not be able fit some of the panels (per design) and they didn’t install any panels since it didn’t get delivered and lost somewhere lol. My power walls did go up.

I had the same issue. The reset instructions didn’t work for me. I created a mobile service request and tesla called within 15 minutes and remote fixed it. Sometimes you hate the service. Sometimes it can’t be beat.

I just stopped by two service centers and they said there's a back order on it. They said only option is to wait or upgrade infotainment system with no discount. No loaners. Great car when it's working. Lousy service.
