Makes me wonder if you aren't seeing the issue with a new computer because it has a good clean install of 2020.20.12. Maybe all of us have a somewhat corrupt install that the upcoming update will clean up.

I sure hope he's right. Now I'm anxiously awaiting 2020.24. The dismissive tone of the first tech really would have irritated me.

My phone, galaxy s20, just got a software update earlier today. Not sure what they changed but didn't have any issues when making or receiving calls in the car while I was out today. I'll keep an eye on it but fingers crossed that maybe the update helped. Makes me think tesla changed something...

So that's 14 people so far on a thread that has been open not even 2 days. Short of all of us taking our cars in for service how do we make sure Tesla is aware of this and fixes it?

Same issue. Also started about 3-4 weeks ago. I'm currently on 2020.20.12 and it has happened on this software and the prior one I was on, don't remember the number on it. I have a Galaxy S20 that is on Android 10.

Buying FSD at the time of purchase does not guarantee you will get HW3. A friend of mine purchased a SR+ with FSD and took delivery about a week after I did. Their car came with HW 2.5, so buying FSD only guarantees that at some point you will be upgraded not that you will get it from day one.
