My car had a bow. It was set up by the delivery center. I picked up my car in Carlsbad California. They had a few bows. When someone was there to get a car if had a bow. My DC has been great from start to finish. The bow was a nice surprise.

Woah this forum got a little crazy yesterday. Anyways took delivery of my MP3 yesterday. Process was easy and fast at Carlsbad DC. In love with the car. This is my first EV car so driving it feels so different! I hope everyone gets their cars before the EOY as promised by Tesla. Merry Christmas...

Omg I am in love! Such an easy process. Didn’t see anything wrong with my car but there was a few black marks on my white interior and they cleaned it right away. Paper work had me as cash payment so they had to fix that. All and all I was in and out in 30 mins!

We are at the same delivery center. I would call them first thing in the morning. They told me my car is arriving tomorrow and changed my appointment to 4pm instead of Friday.

I was able to get my delivery changed to tomorrow. If you already have an appointment scheduled and you have an SA call them and ask when your car is arriving. They should be able to change it to that day. I’m now picking up my car tomorrow at 4.

So what happened to your original order? No vin for that either.

Ugh that’s so annoying! I’m sorry. I have been in contact with about three different people at my DC since I placed my order and all have been really helpful. I would try the chat feature AGAIN!!
