    Inside my account it said I could pay via ACH transfer or certified check, so I showed up with a certified check. But my delivery specialist told me the day before my scheduled delivery it could have been a personal check. They should definitely make that more clear early on in the purchase...

    Exactly; I was able to get the information I wanted before putting the deposit down. Sorry to hear some reps are not communicating effectively with potential customers. There is no negotiations with their prices.

    I just purchased a used 2016 60D last week, and during the purchase process they told me the battery was going to be unlocked and the car rebadged to a 75D. And when I showed up for delivery, that is infact what I received. So they are definitely doing it, at least for their used inventory.
