Do you have any good photos of your setup? I just ordered the MPP lift and am looking at which tires/wheels to get :)

Should I pull the trigger? Canadian MYP Demo

I had to take delivery on the 31st to get the $5000 discount on top of the $6200 off. I fully expect some aggressive price drops or new features in 2023 but I was happy with the condition of the car and the price was reasonable.

    MYP on Gemini's

Did you ever find out if these fit?

Should I pull the trigger? Canadian MYP Demo

I pulled the trigger. It’s so fast! Unfortunately it was made October 10th so it missed the comfort suspension by one day. But it still has the proximity sensors in the front bumper. Nice for tight spots when you’re pulling in.

Should I pull the trigger? Canadian MYP Demo

Ya it has 1100 km I don’t think the mileage bothers me though but I do want to check on the warranty date. I guess I lose some tread but I’m going to pull the wheels off and sell them anyway. I’d rather go with 20”

Should I pull the trigger? Canadian MYP Demo

We aren’t getting as good of a deal as you are in the US, with just 10,000km of supercharging and only $5000 Canadian off the sticker price. I’ve got a deposit on a Blue MYP with white interior. The car has a $6200 discount as a demo and an additional $5000. Feels like a pretty good discount...

Thanks for the tips everyone on preconditioning the battery! Princeton shows up in my app now.

    Supercharger - Princeton, BC

preheated this morning for 20+ minutes with the battery icon showing, then drove from Manning park to Princeton. Unfortunately this supercharger isn’t on the in car map so the car didn’t precondition. Oh well! ya, I put my Model 3 18” aeros on that have Viking contact 7 winter tires. Just...

    Supercharger - Princeton, BC

At the Princeton charger now, anybody know if the ones further along (osoyoos through to nakusp) are open yet? Driving a model Y and it is only charging at 32kW on this supercharger. Not sure if it’s because my battery is so cold but I drove from manning resort this morning, so maybe it’s not...

    Model 3 Aero with 235/45R18

So I ended up putting them on for now, nobody here has winters for sale that will fit the 19” rims. looks pretty funny, and I will have to be conscious of not loading the Y up with extra weight but it’s better than running the stock wheels in winter.

    Model 3 Aero with 235/45R18

I know it’s possible to use the 18” aero wheels from a model 3 on a Y. Does anyone know if I can use Vikingcontact 7 tires that are 235/45R18 on it as well? Just picked up the Y and I have my winter tires left over from my Model 3.

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

Turns out they respond pretty quickly. I was approved on a model Y with this: Bank of Montreal 96 months, 2.55% APR

    Financing Tesla vehicles in Canada

How long does it normally take for Tesla to process financing applications? I applied today, for a model Y I am supposed to pick up tomorrow but I haven’t heard back yet.

Model 3 vs Y towing capacity

Is there a reason why the Y has such a high towing capacity compared to a model 3? (Dual motor) It doesn’t look like the factory model Y hitch from Tesla mounts to the car really any different from 3rd party model 3 hitches. Being such similar cars with essentially the same motors I’m curious...
