Tesla say that they won't enable this feature on my app as it is a US specific feature. I mentioned that I was aware of other Powerwall users in the UK having access to it, but they stated they couldn't comment on what was or wasn't enabled on other users apps.

I'd only replace my Model 3 Performance with a Model 3/S/X Plaid (appreciate there is no Model 3 Plaid yet, but I can dream).

So I've had the text to set up delivery for next Monday, but still nothing regarding the payment. This has been a bit of a struggle, getting to delivery, but these are unusual times. Hopefully my experience will help others who's order might be "stuck".

I've ordered the same spec but roughly a month later. On this basis, hopefully I'll hear something at the end of this month. I'm going to Milton Keynes on Saturday so I'll see if I can get any more out of them than the standard lines they've fed me before.

As per my signature. Was told end of Feb, then March, now late March. I am currently car-less so a bit more "certainty" would be great, even if it is so I can get a rental ("chauffeurs" are getting the hump)

I'm a similar boat. I ordered an M3P mid-Jan, where friends have ordered theirs in late Jan/early Feb. They have been VIN matched and I haven't, although they still haven't been given delivery dates/timescales.

You don't have to order to get a finance quote, I didn't. You just have to click estimate payment, and then scroll down to "Apply for Financing" once you have spec'd your car (see attached screenshot). You may have to chase them to see if you have been accepted, I had to call them. I am not...

Had an email from Tesla today stating "The grant will not be removed if you placed your order before 1st of April even if delivery will be after." I was hoping that there might be some impetus for them to delivery this quarter what with the EV grant being removed, but clearly not.

This issue, I think, is the indication Tesla gives on their website to people purchasing directly from them - overpromising is not a good way to run things, but they have an in-demand product so they probably don't care.

I have a similar feeling about my car, but I think that is only because of the expectation, or lack thereof, this thread has instilled in me. I'm just going to go with the flow and see what happens, no point in worrying about something I can't influence.

I applied first, didn't hear anything so called Tesla. They found my application and told me it was approved. I then ordered the car and the PCP wouldn't then register on my account. Another quick call and it was sorted. I think their customer management software needs a lot of manual intervention.

Why not West Drayton?

You cannot order the Tesla Wall Connector if you do not have a RN assigned to you. If you are getting some other make of smart charger, to take advantage of the OLEV grant, then you don't need to worry about it.

I haven't got any intention of necessarily amending my order, just curious because don't see any option to do so even if I wanted to.

How do you change your order? I've looked at the FAQs and they state that you can "Log into your Tesla Account, select the ‘Manage’ button next to your Model 3 and select ‘Edit Design’. The order can be modified at any point until the final invoice has been created." I don't have that option...
