Yeah I'm a little shocked it moved that quick given what I've been reading. My sympathies to the CA buyers who have been waiting for weeks, I have no idea how you hold out. Previous posts indicated Seattle is getting a lot of deliveries so I hope I'm in there somewhere.- Cronus
