Does anyone know if you can go into a service center and request the update? I would love to have this before leaving my model 3 in an airport lot trickle charging for 2 weeks...

Man this is rough, I was sitting at 99 and 1200 miles last Friday wasn't getting let it so reset and hit 100 miles on 100 Sunday and still nothing... Can you go into a service center and request an update? Im about to leave for two weeks and would love to have the live sentry mode on my model 3?

They had my paper work ready but the app wasn’t signing me in. Me finally found my car and had to go get it unlocked!

Your car is definitely going to someone who can pick it up on 31st. They want to sell as many possible and they only promise to hold the car for 3 days. It’s super sh*ty so try to talk (politely) to your SA to see if you can at least get something for it?

You do you, but I was successful in getting my problem resolved with a 15 min phone call and I don’t have to worry about canceling plans I made months ago. It’s possible to make a polite request to fix a problem without being a dick, you may not be able to, but most adults can.

People like you allow Tesla to get away with being a shitty car company. SA hooked it up with a free wall charger. If you are firm but polite with your request you get much farther than letting people walk all over you in life. Good luck with that!

Seriously. If this was any other carmaker people would be skewering them. They are getting a pass from now, but this wouldn’t be acceptable for a $100 dollar item much less a 50k car, and it it will bury the company. The general public is no where as forgiving as the people here even.

Seriously the lack of movement and everybody getting delivery texts even with orders after mine in the bay makes me feel like I’m not getting my car this year. Bloody fantastic delivering to people who pulled the trigger after dec 8th and my SA is just ghosting me now.
