I will ask them in my follow up email. All I know is from what is in the estimate - "Right Front Subframe Bolt." They screwed the bolt back in while it was on the rack while they are diagnosing.

Similar. I charge regularly at a 150kw max supercharging station and have never seen charge rates above 120, even when it’s pretty empty. Not sure increasing the max from 200 to 225 will result in any noticeable real world difference.

Interesting here is a 2020 LR+ fleet vehicle for sale with VIN 229... 2020 Model X | Tesla 3500 miles on it. Seems by the miles and VIN this would have been build a few months ago. 229 is the lowest LR+ VIN I've seen.

You’ll need to pay at least some taxes when you register it depending on what you report the sale as. I highly doubt the free SC will transfer to you if the current owner bought it CPO. I like the white seats, black rims, and chrome delete. Def some value there. Not a bad deal in my view.
