If they go by score then 98's might still have a little while to wait. After the existing beta fleet is updated (looks to be pretty much done there) then it could go to new 100's then new 99's then new 98's Fingers crossed it's not too long now.

Teslafi shows a 2021.36.5.1 getting 10.5 as of 1727. Looks like it's starting to roll out to new people now.
