The ride is a little stiffer as expected with the 22" rims however the handling feels slightly better with a little more rubber on the road.
Thought I'd share a few pics of how the car turned out. Asanti rims customized their DA-174 model for me to fit the car. Rims: 10.5 X 22 rear / 8.5 X 22 front. Rubber: Pirelli P-Zero's.

My guess is the Asanti's will definitely be lighter just due to their aluminum design. The main concern for me was meeting the load design factors which we did with some Pirelli P Zeros. I did have Tesla send them the center caps so they could machine the rim to use the center cap Tesla logo...
I went with some one off 22" Asanti DA-174's (8.5" front / 10.5" rear). should be ready from factory in the next week and I will definitely post some pics when they are on the car.
