As of a week or so ago, parking was free and "touchless" - no tickets at all, simply drive up to the gates and they open. (At least the ones near Whole Foods.) Seems half the ChargePoints are "disabled" though...so I've started checking them before I bother getting the adapter, etc.

You need to wait until Tesla pays the fees..that's the final step in getting the car into your name. For me, the timeline was: 12/13/2019 - ordered 12/29/2019 - picked up car 01/17/2020 - Fees posted to DMV (per AAA) 02/08/2020 - CAV form & check mailed (with no plate listed, just VIN)...

My RealID appointment took 10-15 min, and I had it within a week. Easy!

Took delivery in Buena Park on 12/29/2019. Plates received 02/18/2020. The registration card says fees were received 01/17/2020, and the card was actually issued 02/07/2020. Seems to be slow given how most things should be/are electronic except the actual shipping of the plates.

I ordered on a Friday night, shipped Sat afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning.
