Wow from bad to worse. That’s a bad experience. I’m sorry that’s happening. As for the 12 volt battery being dead I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Obviously Tesla will fix that for you, and once the car is driven it’ll be fine having the battery being cycled.

After getting my vin this morning I’ve been unable to contact anyone at my delivery center to help switch my order from cash to loan in order for me to apply for financing. Any other ways? Do I necessarily need to talk to my delivery center?

Just out of curiosity, anyone in the last day that received a vin ordered white interior? I’m seeing a trend between here and people on Reddit that most orders getting vins with literally same spec and order dates and edd receive vins but have black interiors.

Looks like it! I was expecting next month but after checking this morning and seeing the dates shift up, looks like by end of this month should have the car. I would hope this upcoming week to be issued a vin. 🤞

Mine shifted quite a bit, from august 22 - September 11 now this morning its august 20 - September 1

The door handles on the rear being sunken in is a thing. My 2020 I took delivery at end of 2019 has that and others do as well.

Just got a reply from Tesla here in Ohio about my order. 7/4 order, EDD initially 7-11 weeks and then blank for the rest of July till yesterday and now today where it reads November. I asked what’s the status to see if they have anymore insight. This is their response.

Nothing has changed but I’ve been seeing online that the current administration is pushing for an expansion on the ev tax credit which would again include Tesla as well. As of right now though there isn’t anything.

I’d rather just have my car then any tax credits but ya if something gets passed we stand a chance of getting some credits coming back to us lol.

I'm seeing a trend where people who have blue exterior colors have longer times or no EDD listed at all. Least from my unofficial just reading on this thread and over on reddit.

The actual app you won’t see anything until you’re about to take delivery of the car. You’ll see it in the app when you’re there at Tesla and until they grant you access to the car, you won’t have control or be able to do anything until you pair your phone to the car.

Ya ordered, 7/4 and haven’t seen any dates whatsoever for weeks. It’s the norm now.

Ordered 7/4 blue/white interior Aeros. Haven’t seen EDD on account for over 2 weeks. After initial order had delivery date of august 15-September 4. Cincinnati delivery

I’ll be getting a 2021 model 3 some time in august and I’ll be performing this mod to retro fit what should have never been taken out of these cars from the beginning.
