I do have a winter driving profile set up as mentioned with regen low, creep mode, and chill driving mode. I haven’t tried with voice command but it’s pretty easy to switch on screen.

They wouldn’t let me. They told me it’s stored in a separate lot that has no public access until your delivery date then moved to delivery centre. So they wouldn’t let me see before delivery time. My sales person did do me a favour and snap photos of the car and inspect it for me beforehand.

Depends on where you live, I’d guess. I’m in rural BC and there are no super chargers yet (some are officially planned nearby). So I had to buy the CHADEMO adapter for any road trips. These chargers are everywhere around here, every little town has one it seems like.
