It's back online as of this morning, the transformer has been replaced yesterday.

Indeed the 600V-480V transformer blew up, it's part of Tesla's equipement, Hydro-Quebec transformer is fine and still online (per a tag put up by HQ on site) so Tesla just needs to replace the transformer. Hope they do it fast, but at least there are other options in Quebec City now!

The Saint-Liboire Supercharger still isn't showing on the website map, anyone has any contact at Tesla to try and fix this? It's been open for over a year now...

It was already orange cone since almost 3 years, the concrete pads and conduits are installed since a while!

Someone reported on a Tesla Facebook group from Quebec that they had a confirmation that a 16 stall supercharger was going to be built in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, pretty much mid-way between Rivière-du-Loup and Lévis ...

It's shown as a "destination charger" on Tesla's website... It does indeed work well, got 170 kW every time (Sr+). It's been on PlugShare since the opening (I added it) but they changed it to "opening soon" after a few days, stating they're waiting for Tesla confirmation (maybe they're waiting...

From that picture, it's almost there but the HQ connection is not completely done, the high tension wires aren't hooked up to the main breakers.

They don't want you to park overnight, but you're technically a "client" of the supercharger while you're plugged in. I'm betting they had problem with other cars parking in the lot overnight or for long periods of time...

They’re all back up as of last night. But the snow removal will need to improve, there were piles of snow in front of a few stalls yesterday…

Since opening (when it opened, all stalls were on), many stalls have been off. As of last night, the first 4 (when you enter the parking lot) and the last 4 are working, the 4 middle ones are still off (Tesla logo is off and the stalls not working). Thing is that this doesn't show in the car/app...

They probably didn't care since they were not on yet, that pile was put there about 2 days ago only. I guess they're going to (try to) move it out soon, I'll keep you posted!

And it’s live and working! It’s not on the car map yet but it works, just tested a few minutes ago!

Still not ON as of last night, but there was an electrician on site pulling wires between transformers around 7PM (quite late to be working!).

There was no lights on the stalls and the light poles they added by the chargers are not yet on, so I doubt they were powered on! As soon as I see light I'll try them for sure!

Update! Hydro seems to have completed the work, everything electrical is hooked up and live, now it seems like it’s only waiting to be turned on by Tesla!

So the digging and installation for the burried line between the pole and the transformer was done last week. Still waiting on the transformer and the cables to it. Still work to be done but it seems things are moving! Maybe it'll be ready for Christmas!

Someone was on site working on the stalls and the supercharger cabinets were open when I passed by around 6PM last night. Still no change on the transformer and the underground connection on the utility pole.

Hydro has a planned outage for this Wednesday for the small area around the Supercharger, I would guess it's linked!

As of this morning (October 14th 2021), stalls (12x) are partially installed (missing plastic covering), cabinets (3x) are installed as well as power transformers (347/600V-277/480V probably), and cables were being pulled between the future utility transformer (25kV-347/600V) and the power...

Excavation work has started this morning and power transformers were being unloaded from the semi. I couldn't see if the supercharger hardware was also in that van, I'll keep you updated.

Fences were installed on site today, looks like construction is finally starting! (Sorry about the terrible picture!)

Nothing has happened construction wise yet, but I've noticed an Hydro flag localizing the existing conduits from the HQ line by the road to the BigStop transformer close to the building, so things might be coming!

I live in Saint-Liboire, so I pass by the Irving Big Stop every other day or so, I’ll keep you updated as soon as I see some construction on site!

L'Étape was on last year's supercharger map as coming soon, so nothing new here, and yet still no signs of construction (and the 2 Circuit Électrique CHADEMO stalls at l'Étape were crowded during the holidays...)
