    2023 M3P winter wheel/tires again, sorry. 18", 19", or 20" OEM or aftermarket, but with a twist

Thanks! Does that mean the Tesla 19” Sport Wheels will fit?

    2023 M3P winter wheel/tires again, sorry. 18", 19", or 20" OEM or aftermarket, but with a twist

Thanks. Checked them out and looks like a good deal. Definitely considering the TSportline 19”

    2023 M3P winter wheel/tires again, sorry. 18", 19", or 20" OEM or aftermarket, but with a twist

Hi, Been looking at winter tires and also considering the wheel/tire package. We have the Überturbine wheels so have looked into just buying the Sottozero 3 from Tesla for $1,900+/installed. But my concern is that every time I need to get it switched, so twice a year, it'll cost us $234 each...

Seasucker ski rack and panoramic sunroof, works ok?

I’ve been using the Seasucker ski rack on my M3 loaded with 4 pairs of skis and has worked fine. Since the 2018 MS I’m getting has the sunroof, I’m worried if the sunroof will be damaged if I use the Seasucker on it. Any experiences with this combo, good or bad? Thanks!

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

I'm replacing my 2019 M3 LR RWD with the 2018 S75D, also with the sunroof, which I think is going to be great not counting the lesser range. But I don't find that being a problem for me. Would love a 100D but can't stretch my budget enough to get one yet. Found and test drove a 2018 S100D with...

All-weather floor liners/mats for cream interior

Thanks. Yeah the 2018 has cream carpet as well. 3D Max has cream-colored ones but has, as you said, that hideous logo. Though I saw a set of vinyl wrap for the 3D logo that might work. Otherwise, I may just go with black all-weather mats. Anyone with the cream carpet used the black mats? Pics...

All-weather floor liners/mats for cream interior

Recently placed an order for a 2018 S75D that comes with the cream premium interior. For those with this interior color, which all-weather liner did you go with? Looking for feedback on fit and color match with stock from different brands. Too bad Tesla only sells these in black. Thanks

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

Yeah, definitely one of the things I am planning on checking along with the upper brake light, air suspension which seem to be the expensive fixes. I order from Tesla so have 1 year/10K miles to get any warranty items fixed.

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

Thanks all for the comments. I ended up placing an order for a 2018 75D which has EAP, the subzero package, premium package, smart air suspension, MCU2 amongst others. This should get me through a good few years

That is awesome! Hope I get that lucky with the one I’m looking at. 😊

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

The one I’m looking at is a 02/18 build. It has FSD, Premium connectivity, MCU2 and the smart air suspension. Doesn’t have the cold climate and premium sound though 😒. Also has the panoramic sunroof. Hopefully those components behave themselves for a long while.

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

Should go through 2026 for battery and drive unit warranty. The basic warranty already expired. The 75D should be enough for the next few years since the superchargers are plentiful nowadays plus CCS availability as well.

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

Agreed. Huge consideration, definitely. It’s a gamble.

    2018 Model S 75D - are these good?

Please bear with me as I’m new to the Model S world and looking to get into one. Been focusing on late 2016 and 2017 but found 2018 75D’s in the low- to mid- $40K with just 36K miles. Generally speaking, are the 2018 75D’s a good choice in terms of reliability? Or is 2017 better? Wish I can...

Thanks for the comments. Somebody snagged the MS that I have been watching so back to search mode :)

Please help rate this deal on 2016 S90D - $36K

MY is not out of the question yet but if quite a reach for me at this point. It's the space I need, short of getting an SUV. I believe the MS has more space than the MY, no?

Please help rate this deal on 2016 S90D - $36K

The slightly longer charging time doesn't really bother me. When I first traveled to FL from MA on the M3 LR, we had to stop every 2.5hrs max anyways for food and toilet breaks or just to stretch out. And I don't charge to 80% all the time, except on few cases where the next supercharger is a...

Just ordered a 2023 M3P. Is it similar to 2022 in terms of winter whee/tire setup?

Thanks @Clover and @evroro Looks like 19s would best to go with. TSportline, Apex, or MSW are what I'm looking at. Yes, these we be for a dedicated winter setup. Though I live in the MA South Shore, we frequently travel north to VT, NH and ME to go skiing.

Please help rate this deal on 2016 S90D - $36K

Thanks for your insight especially since you went through the same. Since I will need to let go of my 2019 M3 to get into a new (to me) car, the value of my M3 goes down along with the other models. Guess I just need more patience.

Please help rate this deal on 2016 S90D - $36K

Yeah, I am considering the MY but prices for used ones are still up there and most are beyond my budget after order a new M3P.

Thanks. After being spoiled with faster charging with the 2019 M3, that was big deciding factor.

Since we just ordered a 2023 M3P, looking to replace our 2019 M3 LR RWD with a Model S for longer trips and more cargo space. Got my eyes on this one: - 2016 90D - 63.5K - 10/16 build - FSD both h/w and s/w - MCU1 - Premium interior - Premium Connectivity - All Glass Panoramic Roof - Price...

Just ordered a 2023 M3P. Is it similar to 2022 in terms of winter whee/tire setup?

Thanks! ***Not sure how I managed to post my question on this forum. Good to know that there aren't differences between 2022 and 2023 in terms of wheel selection for the M3P. I live in New England so we do get snow and lots at times.

Just ordered a 2023 M3P. Is it similar to 2022 in terms of winter whee/tire setup?

Wife and I just ordered a 2023 M3P. Now our 2019 LR RWD has a buddy 😊 Been reading up on winter wheel/tire combo. Do the winter wheel/tire recommendations for the 2022 M3P hold true for the 2023s?

2016 S90D with FSD and MCU1: dashcam and sentry

Hi. Sorry for asking this if it’s been answered before. If there’s faq for this, I’d appreciate a link to it please. I’m looking at a 2016 S90D with FSD (both hardware and software) but with MCU1. Since I have a M3 with dashcam and sentry, I would like the same features on the S90D. Haven’t...

    New Englanders -- check in!

Checking in from South Shore MA, Hanover specifically. Tesla Dedham just called that my 2019 LR RWD Black with White interior will be delivered on Saturday. Very excited. This is a from their used inventory, with 374 miles.

Mass EV Rebates Return- But many Tesla buyers won't be eligible

What sucks is that Destination and Doc charges are included in the total sale price. I priced out a LR AWD that goes for $48,990 but with the $1,200 destination charge, total goes to $50,190 So it's not eligible :(
