Shawn, Did you ever talk to the Service rep about this? Is this a design problem that we just need to live with? The falcon wing doors should not be touching the seats no?

Mine is intermittent and I tried everything to reproduce it and it doesn’t happen. I don’t know what is causing it and what makes it come on.

Is you problem intermittent as well? I will try the felt pad but it is so odd that it occurs so randomly.

Hi all New to the forum. Just bought a Model X 2020. I thought Bioweapon Defense Mode was standard in the model X. But it looks to be an upgrade. Is this worth it? My sons have really bad allergies and anything to make it better would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
