So Tesla replaced the battery and this is how it looks when the removed the battery. I can see the corrosion residue all over the place. Is there an easy safe way to clean this? This battery was definitely leaking.
Just got off the phone with service and they want to replace the battery. They even offered to do it today (in home service). They will determine if the terminal needs to be replaced as well. Thanks for al the input.
Back in August when I had a service appointment for the acoustic blanket we noticed some serious corrosion on the negative port of the 12v battery. The tech cleaned if off and said it was no big deal. Today I wanted to check again and it looks basically the same as back then. Is this normal?
I got the part order email and its the airbag assembly. I can only assume that they saw some logs and saw an issue with the air bag maybe...???

I am going with the dude that works at the company that makes 3D MAXpider.
With my luck I cancel the order with partcatalog and go with RPM only to learn that parts got them first and cheaper. I have to be more patient.
The only thing I didn't like about the partcatalog site is that they charged the full amount for the mats and nobody knows when they will be available. If it's a preorder I assumed I would get charged when they are ready to ship.
I got the car today and they basically they performed 12v battery reset to be able to reinstall the update. Since I had an appointment for homelink and another minor detail they took care of everything. So far so good and the service only took a day.
I had the same issue. Turn signals not working and update failed after 2nd attempt by Tesla service. Also I hear a fan that won’t stop after the failed update.
I am on my way to service center now because they can’t do it on the home service visit that I had scheduled.

I just installed the center console wrap form EV wraps and it looks great. I messed up the middle part but they sent me a replacement immediately. I am waiting for those all weather mats to show up.
I did the Plex.tv method and it worked. Within youtube search plex.tv and you will see the option to sign in. Use your google credentials and then youtube will retain your login.
