New Jersey: EV Rebate credits - retroactive to Jan 17th 2020
Just talked to the Princeton shop. Apparently, the funding will be available in July. For buys between 1/17 and July, the state is working on a process to claim the $5k directly in retrospect. For NJ buyers after July 2020 the $5k will be deducted from the purchase price.- Knoxx

The fact that the rebate comes off the vehicle price at time of purchase means that it also kicks in for lease programs. Correct??- Knoxx
