On a 3 month old car with only 1500 miles. Not sure if this is dye transfer or water damage. I had the car in a shop for 5 days to install the ppf and these days were rainning. Any idea? I tried rubbing alcohol and no luck. I feel like the surface is not dirty. It's something inside. water spot?

I had Tesla service center replaced my front bumper today and here is the result. Top is fender and bottom is new bumper. Do you guys consider this as paint mismatch? or just because different materials (fender is metal and bumper is plastic)? I feel the fender has smoother finish and thicker...

found this on the delivery day with other issues. Filed a due bill. A tesla service advisor said they might repaint the whole fender. However, that may also rise the risk of being worse. Any idea? Positive or negative experience with tesla body shop?
