It's so painful. I was told last week I had to collect from Heathrow as Dartford was closed. I was also advised delivery from Heathrow was not possible but then today, the story was completely different and they couldn't do enough for me.

Good luck. They were so desperate for me to take delivery by the end of Q1, they even offered to deliver it but I decided I wanted to collect in person from the service centre.

Tesla (Dartford) called me this morning to advise my X was at their delivery centre. They issued final invoice and provided reg number in less than 5 minutes. I've arranged collection tomorrow at 3pm, can't wait :)

Yes I see, it's on the specs. I wonder if your car is a 2019 model? My X is now in the UK, but unfortunately I'm unable to collect from Dartford. They are hopefully going to contact me tomorrow (Monday) to re-arrange delivery.

Perfect thanks for confirming. I only thought they provided front mats for driver + passenger. Didn't know about the wireless phone charging. Where did you read about that? Cheers

Logic would suggest its really close, therefore more than likely within the greater dock area as you suggested.

Cars are either placed on transporters to delivery centres or sent to one of three compounds in the UK. All they told me is there's one outside Southampton.

Tesla have confirmed my X is in the compound waiting to be loaded onto a ship from Zeebrugge to Southampton. It's expected in the UK next week. Deliveries can be arranged for key workers, but they have offered to hold my X in their compound in Southampton until the current restrictions are...

Spoke with Tesla this afternoon. All they could tell me is that my X is in the logistics compound, but admitted they didn't know what this meant :( I think delivery by the 31 March which they indicated is looking more unlikely.

Tesla should be able to tell you the latest location of your vehicle, maybe it's stuck in Tilburg? They had a performance midnight silver with 6 seats in white and 22inch wheels late this morning for £112K available from Southampton. It may re-appear tomorrow and might be a cancelled order?

Hidden VIN appeared on the 24 February when Safmarine Mafadi was loading at Houston. I ordered on 27 January. When did you place your order?

Interesting, my hidden VIN appeared today. This would suggest it's arrived in Houston and waiting for the next boat to leave for Rotterdam, which according to the schedule is either the SAFMARINE MAFADI or MAERSK MONTANA
