    Actually Folsom Lake Toyota was very helpful shipping a RAV4 EV to Texas. The price was in-line with what you'd pay for a top of the line Prius btw. Leviton also will sell you the 40AMP charger without their inspection process and a guy pulling permits, which in Texas isn't needed. That said...
