They were about 1.5 hours late and no contact from them until they pulled up at my neighbours house.

All minor but when you know they are there you can't stop noticing. Mainly slight panal alignment, marks and snags in interior headlining and certain interior trim alignment issues. Also no phone cables, as I thought these should be provided.

Tesla Direct just dropped my car. I'd say probably less than interested in providing a great hand over experience (not as good as Audi). They didn't want to wait for me to look over the car in detail. I have now checked the car and found 21 things I'm not happy with.

I have a date of 11th march verbally but no text. My car is on BROOKLANDS (apparently). My car is to be delivered by Tesla Direct and they said they need to work out the exact daily delivery schedule before I will get a text informing me of the time on the 11th.

Yes still in Zee. Not due into Southampton until 5th march at 15:00 (according to the planned movements published by Southampton port) I have a car on BROOKLANDS and still waiting for a text to confirm 11th March delivery slot.

No excuse for Tuskers poor customer service as far as I am concerned. They haven't even tried to contact me through the whole process.

The order was made early November. I have had no contact from Tesla, only phone conversations when I've called them.

I've been told mine will come on a trailer to my home. I've been told a date 8 days in the future, but not yet a fixed time. Mine is a company car so I'm not registered keeper, and will be taking delivery, so assume there is a way to authorize this I will update you on how the hand over goes...

Tesla should notify you what boat your car in on as soon as it's loaded then provide a month's free subscription, would save them loads in call centre costs!

Theres always so many free spaces in and around car park H at Cribbs Causeway. I'd say there were easily 300 free spaces up that way today. Tesla were using the bays shown to valet/prep cars for collection before driving them to the super chargers.

Will probably end up being mine in a few weeks, knowing my luck!
