I noticed today that the LCD display on my speedometer was "faded" with a lot of pixels difficult to see. Is this a fault seen before? It was rather hot but nothing else out of the ordinary.

Has anyone done this? I need a MPH speedometer and decided to try getting a new faceplate made, however, on removing the perspex cover and the weighted central cover on one of the needles, the rest of the needle appears welded / glued firmly to the spindle. I cannot see a way of removing this...

Does anyone have a speedometer in miles per hour for a 2.5 Roadster for sale?
