    I just got a call from the service center and they informed me that the coolant valve was not attached all the way. I hope that it did not damage my battery pack. It's kind of funny how they said it was a firmware issue first. I bet they forgot to reattach it or something at the service center.

    The service manager was the one who dropped the loaner car off when I was stuck he Was the one who said it was a firmware thing. But what confuses me is if this bug can you disable your entire car why would they not put it out sooner

    When you car is in service they don’t show the firmware version. I just figured I would I asked the question because it doesn’t seem like It’s a firmware issue. This issue happened 20 minutes after I left the service center which is kinda of crazy

    I was just looking at the old service invoice before all this burning crap started happening. They replaced Battery - 12v (129182-00-B) and MCU (1098058-S0-K). Not sure if you can tell if they are Refurbished by the part #

    I don't thinks its rodent damage because the car is garage kept and I never seen any signs of rodent in my garage before, but who knows the whole thing has just really freaked me out.

    The whole things seems crazy to me too. You would think something like this would show in the diag logs, but I am not sure what they actually did remotely or how detailed those logs are.

    I am wondering if anybody else has experienced anything like this in their 2019 Model 3. Tesla replaced the MCU due to Constant crashes. Car worked great for a week and then the computer started crashing again and with the added bonus of a burning smell. I took it into Tesla and they told me...
