Yes! Tesla have offered Powerwall 2 since end of 2019 and I think some Powerwall 1’s since 2016 via a local distributor called Rubicon. Great product and super pleased.

T Thanks @getakey. Reserve set at 3%. No TOU or peaks enabled. Once the graph is moved to the next day it looks “normal” again!

Have single power wall installed. Recent upgrade to version 21.35.0. New app operating. Every day graph profile looks correct up to 1930 / 2030 ish. Then graph drops to zero until midnight. Anyone else experience this?

Looks like a software upgrade. New version 1.48.0. Pushed sometime over the last day or so. Any update on what has changed? Unfortunately no update notes included. Expecting an update to cover PW high Hz output when on backup (frequency). Any insight re software update appreciated.

Solved - yes, a call to Tesla via my installer would appear to have solved the issue. My observation was that it took a little persistence and insistence. The SE Inverter and Powerwall Settings need to talk to each other most closely. Certainly 55Hz is too high. Not sure what Joe Public does if...
