With your experience, I would to know how much time was saved on those trips. This is with the assumption that you have taken the same trips on both Xs. I have the dual motor cybertruck reserved & might change to the tri motor if worth the extra cost

Millard 6" tri fold fits nicely in the back on the Model Y. I'm 6'2", I can turn with my knees up & not hit the roof. Motorized hatch in the rear come in very handy to climb in head first then have it close for you! Me & my girlfriend plan to go camping a bunch after all the lockdowns end.

Had to pay before delivery due to Louisiana not allowing Telsa to sell directly. I've done it twice now. They will fix anything you document. My MY has a few small issues but nothing that won't be fixed or that would have forced me to reject delivery

Sorry to hear that ergela. That's frustrating. My service center in New Orleans texted me about my work order submitted on the app. I'll try to keep everyone updated. Hopefully it doesn't take long but as I've said before, they were great on fixing any issue on my M3 delivery

Gaps were all pretty great & alignment of doors too! At the very top of the hatch door, on each side it looked a little open, but don't think it's bad or bothers me. Will look more tomorrow just to re-check. Also, the steering wheel is slightly misaligned to right..kinda weird But I'm not...

Pick-up the MY from Houston service center today! Paint is good, some small scuffs on the interior, & the clothes hang hook on driver side won't close. The air does seem to blow hot at times for some reason & it rebooted multiple times while supercharging....not sure what that's all about...

Tesla delivery specialist are absolutely not the best in communication. I had problems with communication with my M3 earlier this year, plus MY experience hasn't been the best either. Had an issue that I pointed out 6 days before the MVPA was produced. Only to have the error show up on the MVPA...

In states that Tesla can't sell directly to, you have to pay before delivery or before they begin to move the vehicle towards the delivery area. I'm in Louisiana & had to do this for my M3 this year.

Those with Texas deliveries, any updates? If you are picking up in Houston, have you got notification that the car has arrived?

All depends on the miles you drive & how often. 14-50 with mobile connector will give you up to 30mi/hr. Only costs about $40 for the 14-50 adapter (max of about $70 if you have to buy from EVSE), plus socket installation. Plus if you move, you won't have to get it removed. The wall charger...

With my M3 in Louisiana, I had to complete the payment before the vehicle began to move from Fremont. Louisiana law prohibits Tesla from doing direct sales here.

Once VIN is matched to your order, you'll receive an MVPA. You'll finish steps necessary & complete the payment step (depending if Tesla can sale directly in your state). Then they will begin to move the vehicle towards you. With my M3 in January, it took 16 days from VIN being assigned. Took...

Interesting. My brother has M3P & uses chill. So maybe it is car to car

AWD or RWD? I have AWD & always use chill mode. Acceleration is too much using AP if not in chill mode.
