Sounds just a tad high, I had about a 20ft run and it was 1200. In my new home I just had a 14-50 installed instead of the HPWC and told the company I was installing a Air compressor. 10ft run 300 bucks. Tesla Tax is real.

Sucks this happened, but there is no way to total a car (legally) after damage is done. This doesnt look too bad, but the 10K is a low estimate. Geico is pretty agreeable to diminished value claims, I would pursue that route. Then wholesale this car to get rid of it fast.

If you plan to keep the car awhile full car is worth it. Full car is expensive and most do not see the value in it. The person who said it protects from door dings is absolutely wrong. It is easier to maintain esp if you ceramic coat it. PPF is great for rock chips and scratches, but PPF is not...

It would be #2/3 for me, just depends on your budget. I am a fan of matte ppf, had it on my Y and on my LR S now. But with red its does not look good, its so muted. If you wanted a good matte red, wrap it in 3m Satin Vampire Red. I plan on doing full front PPF and ceramic on the rest of the car...
