They're still be adding some urban chargers in CA and Seattle. I think they still make a lot of sense if there are more than 14+ stalls and there's stuff to do nearby. If there's only going to be 6-10 stalls or if the location is serving long distance drivers then agreed V3 makes the most sense...

Finally. PDX is still a supercharger & destination charger dead zone. The urban super in Tigard is a total mess. It'll be nice to go to the coast without using slow third party L3 charging to top up on the way out.
