I know this is a dated post, but is it still available by any chance ?

major damage to the front and the right side. the bumper is hanging and the right side got ripped off and it fell near the incident spot. The sensors gone crazy and been beeping randomly. I am so scared and sad to even looking at the damage again.

Does any one know if it is possible to request camera footage from traffic signals ? And I read somewhere that it is possible to get footage from other Tesla drivers around the incident. like crowd sourcing, but couldn't find the link now. I think there were 4 more teslas around me at that time...

No - he fled the scene :( He was driving very dangerously even after that and bumped into more cones, driving cross lanes. by the time I catch up with him, it was red light.

I have noted that the software update starts as soon as u connect to WiFi. But navigation updates take longer time to initiate and download. But they eventually do

for the software updates there are 2 modes. Standard and Advanced. Maybe the ones with older updates are on standard mode.
