With the UI_a006 appointment still a week away. Error message BMS_a151 and BMS_a035 popped up yesterday while driving on the highway. We cancelled our road trip and back home, and we can't start the car today. Will try to call service center tomorrow morning to learn what they can do for us.

Yes, my guess is the cruise control trigger the sudden acceleration. I can't remember exactly what I did. Shouldn't the cruise mode slow down or stop if it identify item in front of it? I don't even know we can trigger the cruise control when it's going under 5 mph.

This is what I was thinking too. I can't remember if I hit the gear stock once or twice. I am not trying to blame Tesla or the car, but I do want to know what I did wrong causing the accident. Do u think Tesla can look into the log to see what happened?

It was a transition thing. My in-law garage has a similar 2 inch height change as well from driveway to garage.

Yes, the object aware acceleration was on. It probably was around 4-5 feet from the pole I hit till the peddle was pressed.

Both full sides of my MY were repainted after 4 months of ownership at the Tesla body shop- Chicago. They can tell if it's a manufacturer or owner error on the paint issues. I went with my friend who owns a body shop and he pointed out all the paint issues for me.

FYI. Took my car to Tesla body repair center 2 weeks ago, they agreed to repaint 2 sides and redo all the alignments. They said the color mismatch on the rear bumper is "within spec". Received a call that my MY will be ready for pickup this Friday.

That's really cheap for $1500. I was quoted $1800 just for the full front, paint correction on the PPF area only, not including ceramic coating.

Does the matte finish feel different than the normal ppf? I like the look of matte finish, but don't know if it feel smooth like normal ppf or not.

I searched the M3 forum about this issue, some said there should be a plastic trim over the gap area. And from this forum, sounds like some MY owners don't the gap at all. I want to find some pictures to show the service guy at my next appointment.
