The range estimation is also dependent on your previous consumption history. For eg if i do lot of short trips on city roads then estimation for the remaining range will come out a lot less. However if you go for long distance in one go the the range is estimation is higher… In short just change...

Anyone still having this issue? As soon as i unlock the car and sit inside …the voice command option pops up. But after that if i try to press the voice command button nothing happens.

I am well aware that traffic light recognition and start stop function FSD. Here i am talking about fsd visualization .. Till 2020.x software version the fsd visualization showed lights getting green or red (even when you are not driving on AP). It seems to no longer work

Recently i have experienced that the traffic lights are greyed out (no detection of red light or green light ) in the fsd visualisation. I have regular AP and have my Fsd visualisation turned on .

recently did some highway driving and averaged 164watt/km .Also completed first 1000 kms !!!

From regen perspective, a lot would also depend on the software version on the loaner. With 2020.24.x i noticed that the regen braking was not that agressive as before and i had to apply brakes to bring it to a complete halt . However with 2020.28.x the strong regen braking is back.

City driving ... mostly under 50kmph

just went for small ride < 5kms and i observed the below : 1. the performance seems to have become more linear. no longer sudden burst of power 2. The strong regen braking is back 3. my average for small distance rides usually used to be around 220 watt/km but now i am seeing figures of 168-180...

After 2020.28.2 update showing 601 kms ~ 370 mile range

Which version of software are you currently running ? I have a 2020 ms long range... march build with f type ... i was able to see 373 mile range only after 2020.28.1

Installed 2020.28.1 today and now range shown is 605 kms (373 miles) Immediately after the install... version 2020.28.2 started to download . Still downloading will update here once installed.

Even F type battery rev are showing the same 360 mile ~ 580 kms in the european model S

None of them come with a 0 reading on the odo Mine was 18kms when i got it.

There is a new thread from people getting these updates (even jan 2020 build) .. not a single such update received from the europe version 2020.20.12 Unlocked additional range up to a "long range plus"

Seems like all these lr+ updates are only happening in US. Haven’t heard of anyone receiving similar range update in Europe.

@Battpower : indeed what matters is the real world range... so far I have only done one 120 km trip and I averaged 145 watt/km... the weather conditions were good (+23 C) and driving speed ranged between 80-130 km/hr. However in the shorter distances a lot of the energy is spent on the BMS...

I have a 2020 MS LR (feb/march manufactured) European version with F type battery. The range shown on 100% charge is 580 kms ~ 361 miles. The only diiference my LR and LR + is the wheels ... I have 19 inch slipstreams rather than tempest wheels. I am not sure if anyone in europe received this...

Yes it’s a 2020 raven ...just took delivery 3 weeks back. It came with software 2020.16.1 And after 2 weeks updated it to 2020.16.2 and the regen behaviour was lot different

With the rolling out of update 2020.16.2 ... i noticed that the regen has been lot less agressive than before. Earlier the car used to brake quite aggresively and was quite helpful in cases where you just had a split second to react... however now it keeps roling and doesnt come to a standatill...
